WHAT I DO
We are an exhibition space, an event space, a co-working space, a creative atelier which houses various artists on a temporary basis, an innovation hub and boutique hotel with short- and extended stay apartments on multiple levels.
Our goal is to create an evocative space for all disciplines and house the needs for innovation and creation in our venue. We`re open for ideas and new concepts to push the boundaries of the conventional way of thinking. We hope you find some link to our ideas and would be glad to host you as a guest, artist, business partner or company for your seminar or retreat in Vienna.

ROOMS
We merge the styles of our favorite cities with their lifestyle-concepts, interpret them into our venue and integrate them in our design. The atmosphere will constantly surprise and provide space for change and reinvention.

SEMINAR & ATELIER
The atelier/seminar-venue is located in the unique garden of Sissi West and hosts various artists on a temporary base. It`s also used for seminars, exhibitions and workshops – in summer we open the generous, wall sized, windows and merge the carefully designed outside with the amenities of the atelier. The kitchen, the fireplace, the working area and the lounge create a conspirative place in summer as well as in cozy hideout in winter.
If you are interested to collaborate or rent it for selected events like seminars or team-building workshops, feel free to get in touch with us directly – we offer packages with our six hotel-rooms as well …
GARDEN
Our unique garden can be booked in combination with our atelier-/seminar venue for hosting small company events, release/launch parties, vernissages or just to get a little retreat from the city. You may have a BBQ, relax in the sun, have a gluehwein-party or get out of the busy streets of Vienna.
Our garden is the hidden gem, which you might find yourself into one day – the rental possibility of this area is limited … so better book fast …
