A historical Viennese Mansion (dating back to 1870) is reinvented and translated into modern times, keeping its classical appearance from the outside just giving a glimpse of its multifarious core. She has much more to offer than one may think – she`s our Sissi West.

Our unique treasure is in the 14th district of Vienna in ultimate proximity to Schönbrunn Palace, right next to the residence of Richard Wagner. Located on the aorta of Vienna´s bloodstream – the subway - it is a stone´s throw away of Schönbrunn gardens/zoo and in the blink of an eye one arrives in the Viennese City Center.
